At Salon Elite, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we’ve designed our returns and refunds process to be straightforward and hassle-free.

1. Return Window:
You have a 30-day period from the purchase date during which you can return your items. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns based on a change of mind, the cost of shipping back to us will be your responsibility.

3. Handling Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange for its return without any additional charges. Once we’ve assessed the issue, you can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund – including any shipping fees initially paid.

4. Change of Mind Returns:
Should you decide the product isn’t right for you, ensure it’s returned within 30 days in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that for these returns, you will need to cover the return shipping costs, and your refund will exclude the original shipping fee.

5. Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will then be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Occasionally, banks or card issuers may take a bit longer to reflect the refund. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days following our confirmation, please reach out to us at support@salon-elite.com.
