What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?
When your delivery arrives, please examine the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even to the outer box—make a note of it on your delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect there might be damage, simply mark your receipt with “suspect damage.” Should you later discover that the item is damaged, kindly email us photos at support@salon-elite.com so that we can promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, typically within one business day.
