How quickly will my order be processed and delivered?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Before accepting delivery, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even if only to the outer box—make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you are unable to check the package at that time but suspect damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Once received, if the item is damaged, kindly send photographic evidence to support@salon-elite.com so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or compensation.
